Takamitsu Kyogoku (京極 貴光ー "Kyōgoku Takamitsu") is a racer who participates in MFG. He drives a #23 BMW M4 and is ranked 19th in Year 4.
Biography[]
Not much is known about Takamitsu except his participation in MFG Year 3, where he placed 23rd in the rankings.

Round 2[]
Although his run was not seen in either the manga or anime, Takamitsu's name was seen in the qualifers of Day 1 in Turn11 [1], he qualifies in 15th place.
During the final race, he is never shown in the manga and is only spoken about by Tanaka for a few moments. In the anime however, he's shown at the back of the pack, and attempts to overtake Kakeru Yashio at the beginning of Sector 2 of Lap 1 (due to his Exige being incorrectly set-up for the rainy weather), but he is unsuccesful and ultimatly falls behind around the Death Zone of Lap 2. He finishes 14th, overtaking only Daigo Oishi, who retired from the race after his crash.

Takamitsu is never shown or mentioned after Round 2, which means he failed to qualify for every round or left the competition entirely.

- Takamitsu is one of three named MFG drivers to never appear physically, the others being Shintaro Natsume, and Sota Tsukamoto.
- He's never addressed by his first name in the anime.
- In the English dub of the anime, Tanaka incorrectly pronounces Takamitsu's last name (Kyogoku) as "Kee-a-go-ku".
- With the exception of Daigo Oishi (who DNF'd on Lap 2), Takamitsu was the only driver who qualified behind Fujin Ishigami who was unable to overtake him in Round 2, due to Takamitsu being too far back to keep up with Ishigami's damaged 911 GT3.
- Although he is not seen officially, in the anime at Turn14, there is an unknown person with black hair and a white shirt who's talking to Yosuke Ohtani at the Ashinoko GT parking lot who doesn’t look like the other Divine Fifteen drivers. Considering that Takamitsu's M4 and Yosuke's AMG are parked next to one-another, this could be Takamitsu himself.
