Trivia[]

  • With the exception of it's colour, Sena's GR Supra during Rounds 4-5 is based on the BLITZ GR Supra Demo Car.
  • This is the only Toyota in the series with an automatic transmission.
  • The car's number, "885", can be pronounced as "Hayai" (the Japanese word for "Fast") through Japanese wordplay called "Goroawase". Okuyama calls this a "dad joke'.[7]
  • This is the only non-European car to qualify on-pole for a race.[8]
  • This is the only car in the series to be seen sporting a new car number for the succeeding MFG season.
