Odawara Pikes Peak (小田原パイクスピーク "Odawara paikusupīku") is MFG's opening round course. The course passes through Hakone Turnpike, Lake Ashi, and the old Route 1 to the finish line. The course is the longest of all the courses in terms of length per lap.

Sector 1 is the ascent from the foot of the turnpike to Lake Ashi, Sector 2 is the flat section by Lake Ashi, Sector 3 is the steep descent on the old national highway, and Sector 4 is the section including the 1.9 km long straight called "Kamaboko Straight" and the entrance to the turnpike.
In the world of MFG, a huge explosion occurred on the north face of Mt. Fuji X years ago, and the hot springs have dried up due to changes in the underground water veins since then. Because of this Sector 3 of the course is considered to be the death zone of the course as visibility is extremely poor due to the haze and accidents are frequent.

- The course is named after the famous Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.
- The course goes through the "Mazda Turnpike Hakone", which was renamed to "Anest Iwata Turnpike Hakone" somewhere between 2018 and 2019. This change is considered in MFG's anime adaptation, as seen in it's teaser.
- Kouki Sawatari missed the first race in MFG Year 4 held on Odawara Pikes Peak as it was his girlfriend's birthday.
- A short version of the course appears in Initial D Arcade Stage Zero and Initial D The Arcade as a part of their MF Ghost collaborations. It is known simply as Odawara in the games.
- This is the only that Marie Sawamura is not seen updating the leaderboar during the race.
