Katherine Rivington (キャサリン・リヴイントン "Kyasarin Rivuinton") is the mother of Kanata Rivington. She passed away due to a serious illness 2 years before the events of the manga.
Biography[]
Katherine had been battling a serious illness for a long time, but her condition suddenly changed and she passed away around the time of Kanata's graduation from RDRS. This is believed to be the reason for the two-year gap in Kanata's career before joining MFG.
She had a talent for visual memory, which allowed her to remember what she saw with her eyes, a talent she passed on to her son. She was classmates with Mayuko, the mother of Ren, at the art college.
