Kaede Katagiri (片桐 楓 "Kaede Katagiri") is a member of Katagiri family. She is the younger sister of Ken Katagiri and Kanata's aunt.
Biography[]
Like Ryosuke, Kaede works at the Gunma University Hospital. She meets Kanata to inform him of the details of his father's death, and tells him that he had continued to support him until his death in the hospital, and that although Ken had not been able to speak to Kanata, he never abandoned him until the end.
Kaede is married to the surgeon who operated on Ken Katagiri, who is probably Ryo Takahashi.
