Keisuke Takahashi (高橋 啓介 "Takahashi Keisuke") an ex-professional Japanese Racer and now CEO of "T.K. Mach Corporation", a trading company that sells aftermarket parts for cars and deals in real estate. He is the younger brother of Ryo Takahashi.

Biography[]

He is an old acquaintance of Kogashiwa and Takumi, and describes Kogashiwa's praise of Kanata as "too much". He calmly analyzes Kanata's driving, saying that there are some serious flaws in Kanata's driving that have not been exposed yet.

Keisuke was a member of his brother's racing teams "Akagi RedSuns" and "Project D" in the past and still has top-notch technique.

He is also the driver in the demo-runs shown on the official website for the MFG contestants, all of the demo-runs set course records, despite being done in his outdated Mazda RX-7 FD3S. They were unbeaten for years until Michael Beckenbauer beat one of them during the third year of MFG.

Although he doesn't drive himself now, he is working with his brother on "Dream Project" to find young drivers. One of the members of this project is Sena Moroboshi, who has entered MFG in Year 4 Round 3.

During the summer break after the third round, he takes Sena's Supra to Mount Akagi in the middle of the night and instructs him to close his eyes and feel the road with his whole body. Sena was believing Keisuke was driving at his full potential, meanwhile Keisuke was thinking about the festival earlier that day and that he was feeling hungry (for food, not racing), implying that he was not even far from being racing seriously. Afterwards, he realizes... he had no idea how he ended there.

The exchange between the two reveals that he is already married with children.

In Chapter 231, at the beginning of the Atami Ghost Livestream he was presented by Yoji Tanaka as the final guest commentator of the MFG, mentioning that Keisuke had an impresive racing career having won 1 Japanese Super Formula title and 3 GT Super Series.

Vehicles[]

Keisuke drives a Mazda RX-7 FD3S he used in Shigeno's previous work Initial D and used in the Demo Runs of the MFG Circuits.
