The Dream Project is a fictional racing academy founded by Keisuke Takahashi (with his brother likely being involved as well).

Not much information about the Academy is known, apart from the Academy being created to find and train young drivers. Shuichi Matsumoto also works at the Dream Project as a mechanic.

- The name of the academy could be based off of Project D.
- Sena Moroboshi is a former student of this academy, and he is the only student of the Dream Project to be shown in the series.
- The exact location of the Dream Project has yet to be confirmed. However, it is likely that it's located in Gunma.
