Kakeru Yashio Gets Angry (八潮翔 怒る Yashio Kakeru okoru) is the two-hundred-fortieth chapter of MF Ghost.
Summary[]
The leading group has passed through the final corner at the end of the downhill, finishing the 1st lap of the race. Sena remains in the lead, followed by Kanata in 2nd, and Sawatari in 3rd. Next up are Yanagida in 4th, Beckenbauer in 5th, followed by Kitahara in 6th, and Akaba in 7th.
Meanwhile in the tunnel near the final bend of the course, Mai went on the offensive against Sakamoto, allowing her to move up to 12th place. Keisuke is very impressed by her performance on the downhill.
Next up to complete the 1st lap are Aiba in 8th, Maezono in 9th, Yashio in 10th, Ishigami in 11th, followed by Mai in 12th, Sakamoto in 13th, Oishi in 14th, and finally Taylor in last place.
As Keisuke had predicted, Akaba takes advantage of the straight to overtake Kitahara, moving up to 6th place. At the MFG Angel's scoreboard, Marie is called to change the scoreboard.
Back at the race, Aiba has caught up with Kitahara, immediately overtaking her, moving up to 7th place. For Keisuke, Kitahara's performance worries him.
Yashio, who witnessed the overtake, is convinced his sister let Aiba pass her on purpose, and is so angry he plans to lecture her after the race.
